इन्दौर -दिनांक 14 अगस्त 2012- 15 अगस्त 2012 पर महामहिम राष्ट्रपति भारत सरकार द्वारा सराहनीय सेवाओं हेतु राष्ट्रपति पदक की घोषणा की गई है, जिसमें इंदौर जिले के प्रभारी पुलिस नियत्रंण कक्ष निरीक्षक (रे.) श्री सुभाष सिंह को सराहनीय सेवाओं हेतु राष्ट्रपति पदक की घोषणा की गई।

BRIEF DISCRIPTION OF WORK JUSTIFYING AWARD OF MEDAL :-
SHRI SUBHASH SINGH, Joined M.P. Police ORGANISATION, as Sub Inspector of Police (Radio) in the year 1992 and was posted at Distt. Bilaspur as Sub Inspector of police (Radio) after successfully completion of Basic Training at Armed Police Training College Indore & Basic RadioTraining Course at Police Radio Training School Indore in the year 1992 . He is successfully completed digital technology course with flying colors at PRTS Indore in the year 1998. He attended the course on International Humanitarian law and human rights for the officers of M.P. Police held at Indore in the year of 2000 which was organized by the International committee of Red Cross.
He successfully completed. U.H.F. / V.H.F. Course at Central Police Training Institute New Delhi in the year 2002. He participated in a MOTOROLA Training program in the year 2003 and got certificate of achievement. He appeared in First grade wireless technician course and completed with flying colors at Central Police Training Institute New Delhi in the year 2008 .He worked with United Nations Peace Keeping Mission as a monitor ( Team Leader ) at Bosnia & Harzegovina in the period of 13.09.2001 to 18.10.2002 & in the above period successfully completed a course of International Traffic Co-locator .
He successfully had done his duty at United Nations Peace Keeping Mission and Awarded with UN Medal and certificate. He also awarded by a Certificate for his excellent work for whole activities in the station provided by the Station Commander at U.N. Mission at Bosnia & Harzegovina . On the Occasion of 15 August 2006 he got a appreciation letter by Administration which provided by State Cabinet Minister and in charge Minister of Distt. Indore Shri Himmat Kothari for arrangement of E.P.B.X. system of Indore Police by Centrex with the help of BSNL Department and made a good connectivity between all police offices, police Stations and Out post and saved Rs.3,00,000.00 (Approx. ) per annum for state government of M.P. On the Occasion of 15 August 2008 he got a appreciation letter by Administration which provided by State Cabinet Minister Shri Kailash Vijayvargiy for his good work to maintain better communication of police/administration during the communal rights in indore. On the Occasion of 15 August 2011 he got a appreciation letter by Administration which provided by State Cabinet Minister shri Kailash Vijayvargiya for his excellent work as a Police Control Room In charge of Distt. Indore.
His education is B.Sc., M.A., L.L.B. (Hons. ) , M.B.A. , D.C.Ed. . He posted at Bilaspur in the year 1992 to 1994 & Distt. Indore in the year 1994 to 2005, Distt. Barwani 15.07.05 to 01.06.06 & Distt. Indore 01.06.06 to till now & he worked on deputation at United Nation Peace Keeping Mission at Bosnia & Harzegovina in the year 2001-2002 .He is successfully completed Pre Promotion course of Sub Inspector of Police (Radio) to Inspector of Police (Radio) with flying colors and he is promoted to Inspector of Police (Radio) and posted to police Radio Control Room Indore and being an outstanding worker and his leadership quality he became the in charge of a very important Police Control Room of Distt. Indore . Being an outstanding honest & hard worker he earned 83 CASH REWARDS AND 175 COMMENDATION, from superior officers without any single punishment.Thus more than one reward every month which is remarkable as he belong to a technical department. Superior officers observe his devotion and discipline for his work & honesty posted him at important places as a Incharge of various places at present he is working as a In charge of Police Radio / Control Room Distt. Indore . In the year 2004 “SIMHASTH” as a In charge of Zonal workshop he managed and maintained communications of police including GRP , Fire and others . His honesty, discipline & hard working, sincerity has thus been tested above places & performance has been excellent for last Ten years in the Indore Zone. When he was posted at Control Room Distt. Indore, his devotion and dedication towards never suffered becaus of unavailability of communication facilities during his Posting at Indore .
He has not only maintained better communication facilities also proved his skill in Maintaining / Managing the deployment of force and making every day arrangement for VVIP/VIP , Law & Order duties and repairing wireless sets which assisted the department to the high extent. His sprite missionary zeal was seen when he posted at Indore. His service of were also proved during his posting at Indore .
